A litte glimpse into our life this past week.
My dear friend, Jen, had her precious baby girl.
She is squishy & beautiful & I love her.
This was the text I sent my friend, Rachel, while Jen was in labor.
Maybe one day people will let me catch their babies.
Danielle & I are totally on the same page. Wanna be doulas.
I had some strawberries that needed to be used. I remembered this strawberry salsa recipe & decided to give it a try. It was sweet & refreshing, but a little confusing to my taste buds.
Super pretty, but I probably won't make this one again.
I added some new onesies to the shop! I've had all these ideas in my head & it was fun to finally get them all together. The arrow onesie is my new favorite for sure. It turned out even better than I thought. I have some sweet vintage fabric that I just got & I can't wait to create some arrow onesies out of it!
Last date of the Summer with the hubs. I look really awkward here. But, that's me.
Going to the Red's game. My boys are cute.
Sweet Carina did a little giveaway & I won this awesome necklace!
I really love Carina's heart...especially for adoption.
They are preparing to bring home their little peach & it makes me want to squeal.
She created some really sweet necklaces to help raise some money.
Life has been a little overwhelming lately. Kim took the words right out of my head when she wrote this post.
Things really are so wonderful, but lately it has just been too much. Dusty also goes back to school this week. So he will be at school all day & then soccer in the evenings. The thought of everything we have going on with him not around as much is a little crazy for me.
Oh well. I can't do it all. But, I will serve & love with the power of Christ the best that I can.

A few things:
ReplyDeleteI don't think you look awkward at all.
I LOVE the new onesies. I gotta build back up my PayPal funds and I'm buying two....arrows and anchors are my things right now. Any chance you would make an anchor in pink??
I feel you on life being overwhelming. I am lonely and discouraged all the time right now. I don't really see the light at the end of the tunnel. Thanks for being real about it, Cory!!
Oooohhhh.
ReplyDeleteAhhhhhhh.
